LIV – I want to dance awarded at film festivals

LIV – I want to dance is an interactive film project, about a 9-year old girl who wants to dance, but cannot afford buying ballet shoes. Her parents prefer that she dedicates herself to something less physical and more useful, like joining the church’s activities. Her friend Fatima helps her to pursue her dreams.

During 2017 RATS Teater will be launching the interactive app Instamoves. In this app, the movie LIV - I want to dance will be available, together with interactive features that lets the audience record and share their own dance moves. There will also be a virtual reality experience, where the audience will be able to experience being part of a choreography.

LIV – I want to dance and Instamoves are produced by RATS Teater and StellaNova Films, and supported by The Swedish Film Institute.
